Medicare Advantage Premium Payment Options
Pay your premium bill
Bright HealthCare Medicare Advantage plan holders may receive a premium bill each month. Some members may have selected a plan with a premium and/or may have been issued a late enrollment penalty by the Federal government. This penalty occurs when a member chooses to not enroll in a Part D plan when they qualify for it, and then opts to do so at a later date. For more information, please visit the official Medicare site.
Options to pay your premium bill:
Social Security deductions
You can choose to have the amount automatically deducted from your Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board benefit check each month. To sign up, fill out the Premium Payment Authorization Form:

You can choose to have the amount automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month. Automatic deductions occur on the 20th of each month. If the 20th occurs on a holiday or weekend, the deductions will occur on the next business day following the 20th.
